Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) – In an interview with Hawzah News correspondent, Hujjat al-Islam Jamshidi congratulated the anniversary of Iran’s 1979 Islamic Revolution and said, "The Iranian nation have always commemorated the anniversary of 1979 Islamic revolution by participating in rallies held on 22nd of Bahman."
Reiterating that people of Iran will also take part in this year’s rallies Jamshidi added, "The vibrant presence of Iranians in the demonstrations on 22nd of Bahman will once again display the unity of Iranians from every social class, political party and religion."
Hujjat al-Islam Jamshidi then made some remarks regarding Donald Trump’s Muslim Travel Ban which has gone viral in the media these days and said, "This ban is considered as insult to Muslim countries, the new US president has exposed the reality of America to people; by insulting Muslim countries he revealed the violent and ugly face of US to the whole world."
“This ban once again proved that the US is ignorant of human rights and even the rights of their own citizens.” Hawzah quoted him as saying.
Member of the Iranian seminaries’ supreme council concluded, "The people of Iran will voice their solidarity against Trump’s hostile rhetoric and his allies on this year’s demonstrations on 22nd of Bahman which marks the anniversary of Islamic Revolution’s victory in 1979."
